Launching Cloudsec.ai!

Over the past few months I have been reflecting on the next stage of my journey. I knew that I wanted to build something that captures what I love most about my work - building in high  performance, high growth environments, and working across organizations to solve problems at a consistently high level.

Today, I’m excited to share more about what I’ve been working on - I’m stepping out on my own and starting CloudSec.ai (which you know about since clearly, you're already here!). I’ll be dedicating my time to helping software-first companies ensure  their security programs are aligned with the business requirements that  go hand-in-hand with selling to large enterprises.

Running a business that revolves around being a CISO rather than being a CISO in a business is an exciting new world for me and I’m looking forward to drinking from the fire hose for the foreseeable future, likely choking occasionally due to the high flow rate.

I’d like to again say a big thank you to everyone who’s ever given me their time, shared their wisdom and especially to those who’ve taken a chance on me in the past. Your knowledge, guidance and faith in me is a big part of why I’m here now and I hope to be able to do right by you and  pay it forward to others.

Most especially, I’d like to thank the person who took the biggest chance on me, Toni Lee. Without her unwavering support and encouragement over the years, I wouldn’t be who or where I am now.

I’m looking forward to sharing much more as I settle into my new combined role as head of operations, sales, security, culinary endeavors and  finance.
